Orders placed online can be cancelled as long as the items have not yet been dispatched for delivery. Simply send an email to [email protected]

If your order has already been dispatched for delivery, cancellation will result in the customer having to pay a restocking fee
equal to 20% of the order value, the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.

Yes, the parcels up to 22kg can be delivered to PO Boxes.
If you are not home to receive your delivery, a card will be placed in you mail box advising you to collect or rearrange the delivery of your parcel.
Once you have received your items and find out that the goods are damaged or faulty, you should contact Goldfish Accessories at
